Today I am listing some of the health and beauty benefits of my favorite fruit BANANA........... Of-course I know many of you are aware of the benefits of banana and using in your day-to-day activity but of my curiosity I am posting this article :).

• Strawberry Body Scrub: Cut a banana and a few strawberries in small pieces and place them in a bowl. Knead the pieces till the mixture becomes smooth and add two spoons of olive oil.
